Main Ingredients :Potatoes, Butter, Whole Milk, Truffle Oil, Parsley
Detailed Ingredients and Amounts :
• 3 ½ lb New Potatoes, diced & soaked in cold water
• ¼ cup Butter, melted
• 1 cup ½ & ½ or whole milk, warmed
• 1-2 oz Truffle Oil
• 3 tbsp Parsley, minced
• To taste Salt & Pepper
Preparation Instructions :
1. Drain the potatoes & place them into Circulon’s 7qt Straining
Stockpot fill with cold salted water on high heat. Bring to a boil
and reduce to a simmer until tender (total time will depend on
the size the potatoes were diced).

2. Lock on the straining lid & drain out all of the water; place the
pot back over low heat & mash. Stir in the melted butter & after
it's fully incorporated, stir in the ½ & ½ until well blended.
Season using truffle oil, salt & pepper. Use the parsley
for garnish.
