I have never had a cake of any kind, much less a gluten-free cake, so satisfy a chocolate craving. Enjoy!

Main Ingredients :gluten-free flour, honey, sugar, oil
Detailed Ingredients and Amounts :
2 cups gluten-free flour
1 tbsp baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp lime juice
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup honey
Preparation Instructions :
Sift together dry ingredients. Add sugar and mix. Separately mix wet ingredients, starting with egg and water. Then oil. Then slowly add dry mixture to wet while stirring. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour round cake pan. Pour in batter. Pat sides to settle the batter in the pan. Bake for about 35 minutes at 350 until toothpick comes out clean.
