- Favorite Things I Like to Cook:
- Anything and everything. I love "stealing" recipes from restaurants and recreating them at home to see how "close" I can get. I also will tinker with a recipe to make it healthier without turning it into spa-blah cuisine.
- Favorite Foods:
- Rare fillet minion on wilted kale, chard or spinach. Sushi and ice cold sake. Dried Calimyrna figs macerated overnight in the best red wine I can afford. Beignets made by someone else. Coffee concentrate and a vanilla Atkins shake.
