Take the freshest, thinnest asparagus you can find. Rinse and snap off the ends. Turn the heat high under a large nonstick frying pan, place the asparagusone after another into the frying pan, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt.
During the week, the food I make is fast, fresh and delicious. On weekends, I like to try new recipes.

I like to watch Food Network, but in real life the cook I most admire is my Mom. Everything she makes is wonderful-- she is really gifted in the kitchen. Over time, I hope to add her recipes here so everyone can share them.
