- Cooking Philosophy:
I believe in cooking with fresh, local ingredients.Most importantly i believe food should be made to compare with the seasons. Iam currently going to Johnson and Wales University to get my Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts.
- Favorite Things I Like to Cook:
I was living in Italy on a farm outside of Rome. The lady of the house asked me what i wanted for dinner. I said chicken. So she went out back and grabbed a chicken and brought it up to me. I was not going to have this chickens murder on my mind, so i settled for rissoto instead.
- Favorite Foods:
I have a big spot in my heart for new english type cuisine. I love chowders and clam bakes and bisques. I am a big fan of braising and stewing as well
